Prior to first session(s):
Participate in site test / “dry run” prior to each session – dates provided. The purpose of the site test / “dry run” is to test bandwidth, equipment and connectivity. The site test / “dry run” will also provide direction about rosters, certifications, and other details important for successful web broadcasting. Plan to use the conference room and equipment that will be used on the actual event days.
Communicate with Glenda Lantis, Site Coordinator to address questions.
At each Web Conference broadcast (Sept. 11, Oct. 9 and Nov. 13): Read roster/check off attendees
Facilitate introductions of participants
Explain format of web conference
Facilitate guided discussion at the break
Submit questions via email/web to the main speaker
Operate technology equipment
Facilitate closing discussion
Distribute and collect completed evaluations
Distribute California Board of Nursing Certificates and Course Completion Documents
Following each session (Sept. 11, Oct. 9 and Nov. 13):
Complete facilitator feedback forms and mail back to Glenda Lantis along with signed rosters, session evaluation forms and extra certificates and documents for the session
Communicate any issues or concerns with Glenda Lantis so that adjustments can be made |
